Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII, Fair Employment& Housing Act, reductions in force, wage and hour issues,
privacy rights, and trade secrets. Carla Hartley is also involved with trial and appellate work in state and federal court, administrative hearings and arbitrations.
